Dr. Yonai completed his studies summa cum laude at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. He completed his residency in orthopedics at the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, and then worked as a Senior Physician in the Knee and Arthroscopic Surgery Unit at the Rambam Health Care Campus, with subspecializations in sports injuries, with an emphasis on diagnosis and treatment of injuries in elite sports stars.
He carried out his sub-residency at the Quironsalud hospital in Barcelona, mentored by the Department Director Dr. Ramón Cugat, a world famous expert in the field of sports injuries.
