She began working at Hillel Yaffe in 1991 as a registered nurse in the Recovery Department.
In 1999, she completed a course in combined intensive care nursing, and in 2008 she completed her bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Management.
In 2011 she was appointed as Deputy Head Nurse in the Surgery B Department.
In 2015 she was appointed to be Head Nurse in the Surgery B Department.
