Clinics

What you should know before coming in for an exam

Some of the exams/tests involve a process of dilating the pupils. This process leads to blurred vision that lasts for several hours. In this case, we recommend that you come with a companion.

The exam generally lasts no more than 15 minutes.

To come to the clinic, you will need the referral form from your attending physician and a letter of commitment from the medical insurer (HMO) and you also need to schedule an appointment.

To contact the clinic and to schedule an appointment or surgery, call:

Department – 04-7744441

Secretary and person in charge of scheduling surgery – 04-7744449, Fax 04-7744626
