This week, HYMC employees and volunteers enjoyed an array of activities, lectures, alternative treatments, performances and lots of good food. As part of Resilience and Burnout Prevention Week, Hillel Yaffe's management, led by the Human Resources Department, launched a week overflowing with activities and perks for the hospital's employees and volunteers, including cooking workshops, alternative treatments, food stands, sweets, yoga lessons, Pilates, workshops on coping with stress and burnout, fascinating enrichment lectures, escape rooms and more. The highlight of the week was a concert by singer and creator Hanan Ben Ari, who got the crowd on its feet and thanked the employees for their dedication and important work.
The week was capped off with a moving ceremony for the outstanding employees of 2020 and 2021, during which certificates of appreciation were handed out to 22 outstanding employees and five outstanding teams. The hospital’s Administrative Director, Dr. Amnon Ben Moshe, applauded the outstanding employees and said, among other things, “With the help of our wonderful staff, who work and invest day and night, we have proven our professional abilities alongside the sensitivity and humanity that were so essential recently. You are shining examples for us all.” At the end of the ceremony, a show was put on by stand-up comedian Erez Klaiman.
