This was followed by a guest lecture by Prof. Lior Gepstein, Director of the Cardiology Institute at Rambam Health Care Campus, on the subject of stem cells, which captivated the entire audience. The day ended with the award of certificates of appreciation for the outstanding research studies and posters from the Laboratory Division, Emergency Medicine Department and the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department.
