Social Services

Social services, liaison nurse, dietician, physical therapy – these services are provided as necessary, as instructed by the department's Head Nurse or physicians.

 

Private Care

If you are interested in private nursing care, please contact the department’s head shift nurse.

Clalit Health Services Center

For the convenience of their members, Clalit Health Services operates a center located near the outpatient clinic. Patients can obtain commitment to pay (Tofes 17) at this center.

 

Parking

For your convenience, you can park in parking lots located on HYMC grounds for a fee.

In the event of lengthy hospitalization (over 10 days), patients can purchase discounted parking vouchers from the medical center's security officer.  

 

IDF Medical Office (Ram 2)

The IDF Medical Office (Ram 2) handles issues related to hospitalized soldiers. The office is located on the ground floor, across from the operating rooms.

 

Website

HYMC has a website that provides updated information on its departments and units. It is also a forum where you can ask specialists questions about medical issues, etc.

An Internet station has been installed in the Maternity Department for the use of all new mothers.

Hospital Release

Once the department has approved your release, it will provide you with the necessary forms. If the financial arrangements for your hospitalization have not been completed by your hospital release date, you will be directed to the patient admissions office for an administrative release. If your hospitalization was the result of a traffic accident, you must also bring a copy of the illness summary.

 

Outpatient Clinics

The hospital operates outpatient clinics that perform tests, monitor patients’ progress and provide follow-up care after hospitalization.

The admissions office in the outpatient clinics is open between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
