Scheduling an Appointment at the Clinics
An appointment at the clinics may be scheduled during a hospital stay or as part of ambulatory care, regardless of previous hospitalization.
An appointment made during a hospital stay
The appointment will be scheduled by the department secretary based on the physician's orders. Printed notice of the appointment will be attached to the discharge letter or will be sent in the mail to the current address in the computer.
