Parking at the medical center is available for a fee.

The cost to park at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center is NIS 25.

Cars parked at the medical center for less than 30 minutes are exempt from the fee.

Once the parking fee has been paid, the ticket holder may enter and exit repeatedly until midnight the same day, but only with the same vehicle.

The office of the Security Department, which is also in charge of exemptions for entitled persons, is open Sundays through Thursdays, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The office is closed on Fridays and holiday eves.


Exemptions from payment

  • A vehicle that is on hospital premises for less than 30 minutes.
  • One-time passes are issued by the administration of the medical center.
  • Medical center employees, who have signed a declaration and obligation when receiving a parking pass.
  • Ambulatory dialysis and oncology patients as well as those who accompany them.
  • Ambulatory patients who need to visit the medical center for treatment for at least one month.
  • Parents of hospitalized premature babies.
  • Service providers – suppliers (ticket stamped by the department).
  • Disabled persons who have a Parking Card for Disabled Persons or a wheelchair sticker.
  • Public transportation (taxi or ambulance) that collects or transports patients.
  • Relatives of a hospitalized soldier, pursuant to a request from the Medical Liaison Unit.
  • Nursing students.
  • Military vehicle on duty, driven by a soldier in uniform.
  • Students studying Complementary Medicine (parking ticket stamped by the department).
  • Participants in childbirth classes (ticket stamped by the department).
  • Families, subject to recommendations from the medical center’s social service workers.
  • Patients treated at the Adult Mental Health Clinic (ticket stamped by the department).
  • Patients hospitalized for more than 14 days.
  • Rescue vehicles: police, Magen David Adom, private ambulances and firefighting vehicles.
  • Holocaust survivors who hold cards from the Holocaust Survivors Rights Authority.

Hadera parking officers can enter the parking areas at any time to enforce parking regulations. If the parking regulations have been violated, the officers will issue a parking ticket. The Traffic Order (Fine Violations), 2002 states that any violation of the parking regulations issued by a city or local authority regarding parking will incur a fine.
